Coring Aproaches

Today we have started Hollow Coring Aproaches with 5/8 tines taking out a lot off  dead organic matter. We are replacing this with a dressing off sand  plus overseeding with BAR 22.Weather this week has been mainly a FOOSTIE SEA HARR which we are prone to on the East coast of Scotland  :   (

Germination

Spring Overseeding can be a bit hit or miss depending on weather patterns,soil temps ect, but we have achieved a good Strike ! Please click on the pics for a CLOSE up view.

Topdressing Greens

Great weather for giving the greens there second dressing off the season, in the next few weeks  we will be applying several more light dressings to the greens as stronger spring growth arrives helping to achieve those true and firm surfaces links courses are renowned for .

1st Post Overseeding

Spring Overseeding has been completed in the last week.Soil temps are on the rise so were looking for germination in the next couple of weeks weather permitting .
